Shabbat Worship is on Saturdays from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Sign Language interpretation is provided during our time of worship.
Our Shabbat Ministries Include:
Nursery: We provide a nursery for children newborn through age 3.
Children's Worship: Each week children, 4 and 5 years of age, are dismissed part way through the service to enjoy a time of worship and learning especially for them.
Shabbat School: After the service and a short break, everyone enjoys a time of learning in age appropriate settings, from 11:45 a.m to 12:30 p.m. *Scheduled to resume on October 9th.
Nikzor1: On the first Shabbat of each month our worship includes a celebration of Messiah's sacrifice for us as pictured in the matzah and "wine" of the Passover seder.
Torah Service: On the third Shabbat of each month our worship includes the special Hebrew liturgy2 and readings from the Torah, Prophets, and New Covenant Scriptures based on the traditional reading cycle used in synagogues throughout the world. (Click here for a list of the weekly readings.)
Notes:
1. "Nizkor" is a Hebrew word meaning "we will remember", and the word we use for what is often referred to as "the Lord's supper."
2. To enrich everyone's worship experience Hebrew liturgy is translated and often transliterated.
